Purchase of eBooks
When you purchase an eBook on our site, you are exclusively buying a digital product. You are not purchasing the physical product displayed on the site. This physical product is presented as a potential prize. No refunds will be provided for eBook purchases, except in cases of transaction errors such as duplicate purchases.
Sweepstake Participation
In addition to receiving the eBook you purchased, you have the opportunity to participate in a sweepstake to potentially win the displayed physical product. Participation provides no guarantee of winning.
No Purchase Necessary Participation
You can participate without purchasing an eBook by sending an email to NPN@thesupport.care with the website name where the product is listed, your name, address, phone number, email address, and age.
Eligibility
The sweepstakes are open only to residents of New Mexico, USA, who are 18 years of age or older. A valid mailing address located in New Mexico is required.
Monthly Subscription
By purchasing an eBook, you are automatically enrolled in a monthly subscription for $29.99. The subscription can be canceled at any time, but early termination fees of $300 may apply.
Prize Delivery Conditions
Winners will be contacted by email approximately one month after the drawing, which takes place every December 31st. Winners must respond to claim their prize.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be provided for eBook purchases, except for transaction errors such as duplicate purchases.
Data Protection
Personal information is securely stored and used for transactions, subscription management, and sweepstakes. It is shared only with partners necessary to provide these services.
